Okay Company - Good Experience but Bias with Managers

Pros

Jupiter was phenomenal with certain aspects of the role like WFH and assisting with a work life balance, focusing on mental health, and trying to provide resources for employees.

Cons

There's an extreme bias for certain employees that are horrible and don't do their job. They refuse to take accountability for these employees who are horrendous and constantly degrade other employees just because they can do a job even with multiple complaints. They even have some executives to where people have no idea what they do, but are laying people off. They do not care about perceptions there but rather favor these people.

Very kind, supportive community of creative, collaborative people who want to help employees grow their careers and pursue the parts of their roles that most interest them. Lots of opportunities to articulate personal career goals, and the teams go above and beyond to prioritize letting you get the experience you're looking for to help you grow in the areas you want. They really understand and respect work-life balance. Jupiter has created a culture that welcomes feedback and values teamwork and collaboration, which is so valuable in an industry that is constantly evolving. Very flexible with a hybrid/remote/in-office work situation.

Cons

It is hard to think of a con about Jupiter, I have had such a great experience working here.
