Pros

Remote flexibility, generous end of year bonus (if not a lie)

Cons

Constant micromanagement, low pay, understaffed and refused to hire people, salaried employees expected to work like slaves, belittlement, bullying, harassing, and constant bullying. You get insulted for asking questions. 6 people have quit over the course of 4 months, leaving the department vacant. Toxic work environment allowed to be enabled. People have left due to anxiety, stress, and/or depression. No regard for peoples physical or mental health. Issues like this were passed up the chain but ignored. Company is only interested in selling itself for a profit. If you are salaried that is held over your head and you are expected to work 60-80 hours a week. Misled during the interview and completed blind sided after first few days. This place feels like hell. Extremely angry that a department is allowed to be run this way.
