      Pros

      good perks, but they might be removed soon. A few nice colleagues. Good life balance since there is nothing much to do to begin with

      - Leadership team is not being transparent - No identifiable culture - Different functions working in silo - Lots of politics, where people try to backstab one another - Ultimately the company is not living up to the mission at all - Lots of people who like to suck up and act cool, but contribute nothing
