Pros

xfinity clients and human resources

Cons

when i first started working for "KAT Executives" it was named KJ Solutions..... now it's KAT Texas in less than a year... this umbrella under credico changes it's names multiple times due to the bad reviews. the owner/boss of this office will fire you for missing work for one day. he also will change the commission for your sales. he gets to keep 60% of your sales and you receive 40%, lie and manipulate that he paid you correctly. be cautious of the companies under credico the devil corp. they're MLM pyramid schemes. so save yourself some time and don't apply here.

Pros

There is not a single pro.

Cons

- Often do not pay employees on time. Sometimes even "forget" to pay some employees. If for some reason, even after reading all of these terrible reviews, you decide to accept an offer from this company, you should be sure to report them when this happens to you. The company's "HR Department" ( if you even want to call it that) is untrained, unprofessional, and unequipped to handle any legal issues that may arise. - 100% commission. I know that the recruiter has told you the salary range is $50,000-55,000. This is a lie. I'm sure they also told you it was "base + bonus" there is no base and there will also not be a bonus. You will only receive the commissions from the sales you have made. - You will more than likely make less than minimum wage. You will be expected to work from 8am to at least 8pm 6 days/week and then they will tell you that a $500 paycheck is good. - Everyone is incredibly unprofessional especially the "owner", Vontre Howe. - You should google all of these companies: Robinson Brandt International DBA RBI Americas/ RBI Boston, Wave Executives, The Boston Executives DBA Mercari Consultants, Boston Imperium, HeadHunters Staffing, Champs Executives, Tout Events, and finally KJ Solutions DBA Kat Executives. - There are no benefits. I'm sure they will tell you there are benefits in the later stages, but there are not. You should ask to see the benefits offered at the "later stages". They will not be able to show you anything or offer you any information as it does not exist.

Pros

Don’t believe the 5.0 ratings. They are all written by brain washed employees who stand in stores all day selling internet and tv and told that one day they too get to own their own company. Truth is I was lied to in my interview, was basically offered the position on the sport. Nothing about the interview was selective or competitive.

Cons

Solely commissions Work week is Monday- Saturday We had to drive our own vehicles to “events” aka Walmart and pay for our own gas and lunch also. This is a third party marketing company, 100% commission lines the wallet of the senior while the account executive and account managers get the short end of the stick of long hours and inconsistent pay: no sales = no pay
