Pros

There were no pros to working at this company. I would give zero stars if possible.

Cons

Cons...where can I start? I was interviewed and received an offer for a job at KBE in February of last year for a start date of the beginning of April. Two weeks before my start date, I got an email from the hiring manager stating that my start date got pushed back to June. I sent multiple follow-up emails and did not hear anything back. In JULY, I received a voicemail from the hiring manager telling me that hiring for this position was indefinitely put on hold. This is after they kept me hanging on for six months. I would stay far away from these people...I can only imagine how poorly they treat people who are actually working there!

Pros

-free breakfast on fridays in office -volunteering opportunities -a lot of company events -free t-shirts

Cons

Company is reactive instead of proactive. This means much of your time is spent trying to solve issues you saw coming a million miles away. Constant employee verbal abuse and turnover. Alot of perks are offered by the company but many come with a catch. The culture is "who can work themselves to death first", a lot of judgement when you leave on time and take lunch breaks. Management seems to not really know what goes into peoples day jobs and implements constant policy changes that make jobs harder and confuse employees to no end. Human Resources isn't trustworthy, everything you say just goes back to management and issues rarely get solved if at all. Speaking up gets a target put on your back so don't fall for it when they say they want to hear from their staff. Training is essentially non-existent and if you do get any it's from people who don't really have the time to properly train you. There are little to no opportunities for women to advance.
