You walk into this place and it's in a terrible neighborhood and the building is falling part. This should be the first sign to turn away and run. They do a bait and switch with the interviewing process. There are two owners. The charming and positive one (who is pretty much the money of the business) does the recruiting and interviewing. He makes you hopeful and you feel like you can make a difference for this place. However, the true owner of the business is incredibly condescending and set in his ways. To make matters worse, most of the management is this way and none of them agree with each other, so your completely confused as to how to do things. The pay is terrible, the 401K is worthless, and the insurance is not any better. Because of all of this, the turnover is incredibly high. I'm not saying there aren't people that haven't been there for a really long time, but those that have just no where better to go.
