Pros

Great company. I never had any issues or concerns with them. They do offer sick time and PTO. At the end of every year, you do get a bonus, obviously depending on your stats and attendance. I did work 3 different contracts. The thing I like is that they do find a job for you right away. No complaints about this company.

Good people working for the company.

Co-Founders and Owners are not business people. They create an environment of fear in their leadership team, brow-beating leaders publicly during weekly calls, embarrassing individuals. The co-founders are ineffective at encouraging their employees, choosing to never share positive words of encouragement but only criticism. They are penny wise and pound foolish in investing in their people. Overall, truly ineffective managers, and anyone hired into a leadership position in any area, operations, business development, HR, will incur their wrath on a regular basis and never receive encouragement. They will also not be able to be a leader due to their hands being tied. The co-founders are micro-managers, and don't trust their leaders to make decisions. Be wary of taking a job with this company.
