Pros
The recruitment process is seamless, once i talked about my situation and on-boarding took very few days. I am impressed by the communication to me and as well as to vendors and being straight forward to an Employee is a positive sign, i was placed in short period and words of encouragement is always there.
Cons
Cannot say much for cons after seeing working with other consultants.
