NO MISTAKES ALLOWED. Make one small, easy to make mistake and management and HR know within a hour! They will pull you into the office, or send you long patronizing emails about how you need to do it this way, and if you forget you will get written up and your job schedule/employment threatened. They will ask you over and over again why you made a mistake and they only thing you can say is I am human we all make mistakes! Work on weekends, schedule changes last minute. Lay loyal employees off. Management and co-workers passive aggressive.
