Company has gone downhill. Retention is a joke for managers and staff, pay NMW treat employees like numbers and expect them to stay. If your not part of the click that's it you are stopped from progressing. Bringing out policy after policy that effect staff in store in a negative way. Try's to safe money but loses money in way it try's to safe it. Kuwait stores get praise, rewards etc nothing remotely like that here. Unrealistic expectations and wonder why stores suffer which results in customers suffer then surprise, surprise sales suffer.

There are no pros about working for this shambles of a company, Do not enter employment with this business. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN

Well where do you start!!! Having your holidays lessened by HR and when you question this you are told to prove that you have earned that many. Getting investigated because staff have rung in sick and you can't get other staff members in to cover, therefore you personally have lost the company money ( the manager being one of the few that rang in sick as he had stood on a mop and the handle flew up hitting him in the head which supposedly gave him concussion!!!!) They expect you to run a very busy restaurant with skeleton staff and to also keep it clean. Staff will get investigated because a customer may change there mind once it has been put on the till, that means that the staff are stealing, not that the customer just changed there mind . RDMS if they don't like you then you go on a hit list to be gotten rid of , they will also scream at you down the phone. RDMS can get a lovely bonus if they recommend people to employ at management level. They try to get rid of you using bullying tactics to wear you down. They will send you to work in different regions to try to get you to leave. They talk about bonuses but never deliver, they don't pay companies that have come out to fix or service machinery. Most of the equipment didn't work. A manager retired and was given a half dead bunch of flowers, I did mention this to the higher ones and got the reply well at least she got something!!! This firm is the worst ever, PLEASE DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT WORKING FOR THEM, THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR SOUL.Madame Fadwa you need to come to the uk to see how these idiots are running your company and giving you a very bad name
