      nothing except that it's not that far from home

      Cons

      Lots of operation gaps and fragmented processes that end you up frustrated. No professional ethics whatsoever. People get away with harassment, no action is taken against them, not because the higher admin agree with them but because they are too lazy to do anything. Your rights? If you don't get them routinely, never try to ask for them because they will never ever get processed because of laziness and no robust processes for follow ups, things get lost. Horrible place! I just submitted my resignation!

      It is a semi government hospital at the same time a tertiary hospital Good facilities and equipment, convenient housing for staff, good working conditions almost paperless

      not fair salaries not fair distribution of positions not clear guidelines to follow in some areas
