      Pros

      Pros of working here is that when you work on the shop floor you can always be moved around

      Cons

      Cons of this place..unless you work in the offices your not seen as valuable or your just a number, cons of being moved around are your expected to do more work and have no incentive for it or even be paid the correct amount for work carried out, there are to many cons of this job. Underpaid under appreciated

      Pros

      There is lots of change at KLINGER, so there's some great projects and initiatives to get involved with which really add to your experience and knowledge as an employee. Team members and wider business colleagues are all very friendly and supportive of new staff, more so than other businesses I've worked for. It's also great to get an afternoon every week off work!

      Cons

      Have been left behind a little and not modernised practices and systems when they should/could have done under previous management, but that's part of the excitement/challenge and growth path.

      Pros

      I have been with the company for nearly 2 years and have found everyone to be very helpful. We have many staff that have been with the company for many years. We have a very open, honest and approachable management style within the company which is very refreshing for a large company. We have a target of where we want to be in the future and everyone is striving to achieve this goal.

      Cons

      Sorry at this moment in time I cannot think of any.
