Pros
Family like work environment - extremely flat organization, with very caring colleagues. A very interesting problem to solve - impacting potentially billions of lives, especially at the bottom end of the social spectrum. Immense flexibility at work, while maintaining total professionalism. Sustainable growth - not one of those fad-like startups that grow fast and explode out of existence just as fast. Right at the inflection point in its growth - best time to join.
