      Lazy Bosses No real management or organization for business No possibility to grow within the Agency Discrimination and Racism in pretty much every aspect of the job No interest in the development of the projects or the wellbeing of the employees. Corruption in almost every aspect of office management.

      Good salary, They are working to support your country in a non profit organization.

      Cons

      The work enviroment is horrible due the high rate of discrimination that has the korean staff to the local staff in latin america. This discrimination tend to get worse every 2 years with the adminiatration changes. No human resources department in the latin america offices. Imposible to grow up professionally. They don't like to respect the laws of the country where they are working.
