      Promising projects dragged down by poor communication and a lack of direction

      Nice office location, good office equipment, and competitive salary.

      Cons

      Lack of direction, management out of its depth, social cliques, very little project progress, lack of communication between higher-ups and those working directly on the project, and no time allowed for professional development.

      Pros

      Interesting domain - representing data using 3D. Interesting problems to solve every day. Relaxed atmosphere. This is an early stage start-up so no customers shouting when a bug goes into production. Nice hardware with up to date macbook pros and huge monitors. Flexible working and salary structure.

      Not released yet so can't show off what we make. Employment package is a little basic.
