Good job but employers can be out of touch.

Pros
Benefits are really good, especially vacation time accrued. There is a free single person healthcare option.
Cons
Technology like cameras need serious upgrades. Company refused to hire more photojournalists for breaking news and tries to stack that job on reporters on top of the stories they have to do.
