      Pros

      - nothing. - can't think of one.

      Cons

      - CEO : A guy who is watchdog, thinks he knows everything but doesn't even know basic stuff. He thinks he is a programmer, tester, project manager, sales manger, HR and what not. -HR : arrogant, worst human being, being a women she doesn't understand the problem of mensuration of female employees. She is just a keep of CEO. - work hours : initially they'll say, 10AM to 7PM... But they'll force you to work from 10AM TO 10PM. - CULTURE: not positive culture from CEO, he instructs every employee to not to talk to each other. - bond: they'll all 2 years bond and also they'll torture you for those 2 years. - leaves: they won't give leaves, if at all there is emergency, then they'll make us work more on the next day. Just like revenge. - technologies: only open source technologies are used. We will never get an exposure of enterprise level Tools
