    People usually don't ever leave and with the union they can't get fired so sometimes you have lazy, incompetent workers.

    Work remote support is excellent (even before Covid) Management pays attention

    upward promotion is tough competition, usually lots of lateral moves available. Reorganizations are a constant part of life.
