      pay, pay, pay nice offices the workers (not management)

      Cons

      - disorganised and very political - CEO surrounded by yes men - no moral compass, trades with anyone, including sister company of Kalashnikov - typical swiss view of mental health (zero compassion, mental helath issues = personal failure)

      Pros

      If you are someone who has no principles and ready to lick anyone then this is a good place to work. Especially if you are the fairer one.

      Cons

      6 days working at site while corporate management works 4.5 days. Big bias for 3rd world country workforce. Management will make rules at their own whims and fancies, promote the ones who toe the line and undeserving persons. One advice is do negotiate well because once you are in there isn't any scope for increase.
