Management that has lost touch with the reality. Too many local management who tries to act like Little Napoleon Irresponsible production manager who has learned the ability of pushing responsibilities. Quality Compliance executive who does not know anything about basic GMP nor mathematics. A production assistant manager that do not know how a reactor works. Safety officer with dubious certificates.
