      Bored or under the gun. No direction. Lots of blame. No leadership or direction and then sudden intense micro management

      They payed very well considering my experience. In hindsight probably wasn't worth the pain. Was able to work with some very bright people. If only company used the talent better

      No leadership. Lots of politics. Lots of hierarchy. No direction. Blame others for failings. Lack of integrity. often not truthful.

      I met some great co-workers.

      Cons

      Late paying employees three months in a row. Voice your ideas or concerns, you may get fired. Would often tell lies. Plays favoritism. Constant change. Zero management skills. HR department needs leadership. Unprofessional.

      Market Opportunity, there is potential but no way to act on it because of the management

      If you see a 5 star review its from the management or those who naively keep lying for the company and are either directly connected to the company and also investors. The biggest problem this company has is the CEO. Remove the CEO and fire all family/friends whom have been there since the beginning and this company could turn around. All of the negative reviews are spot on. - No culture or values - Lying and misleading employees - Management that have not place being there - Leadership unable to listen to feedback - Late paychecks - The list could go on and on.
