Pros

Like the reviewer before me said, Karma used to be a crazy fun company to work for. Lots of smart and hardworking people, great product, great costumer base and fun challenges.

Cons

The new CEO/management team doesn't have the slightest clue how to run a tech startup. The entire team has been alienated up until the point where almost everyone has quit (some people without even having an alternative lined up), key engineering/support roles have been outsourced and replaced by cheap labor, future product/company vision is completely lacking and past problems still haven't been resolved. Specifically the new CEO (Todd Wallace) has a lot of trouble making decisions, providing transparency/clarity and showing any kind of leadership.
