1. The company offers very competitive pay compared to the market. 2. The benefits package is better than what many other companies offer. 3. Leadership does a good job of keeping employees informed about product progress and the overall company strategy. 4. Many incompetent people are in power. Leaders love playing favorites and mongering politics, creating problems just to solve them, in order to stay in power as long as possible and earn a great salary. Team members are treated as a shield, made responsible for leaders' unethical activities.
