Pros
The exposure and experience you get to core mechanical equipment and projects. SPD Department takes projects from NPCIL ,BARC and other government bodies which is great and a treat to one who aspires to work in the related area
Cons
The company policy is only employer centric and the pay structure is very bad and unfair to the employees. Hence noone is happy working here. Basic facilities like proper drinking water and hygiene is not at all taken care of . The state of the pantry is pathetic. I wouldn't advice anyone to work here.
