      constant work for flat rate techs decent health benefits

      Cons

      work/life balance requiring alternating weekends foreman guidance quite poor shop politics such as favoritism building structure (falling apart 1 year later) watched a/c ventilation nearly fall on me, along with breathing in fumes from a car catching on fire unfriendly co-workers who can't say thank you when holding a door for them
