      Pros

      Nothing much to say about the company. If you have equity, you are good.

      Cons

      Just number driven, lack of support, training, no work-life balance, low salary, politics and micromanagement. Most of the time you have to do things out of your job scope and will never be told unless you start working and experience it.

      They have decent products and a few of the salesman are decent people.

      Cons

      Management doesn’t listen to any employees. They don’t understand business and Can’t ship out the Right products. They own 35 other businesses under the same umbrella that you compete with.
