Pros
very good Interior also very fancy and lavish. They have free chai and even a table tenns board also. It is a wonderful place of opertunies, but only if u are a total workholic and want to fill ur whole life with ofc
Cons
Finance Managers literally track u with stopwatch in hand like u are running olympics. They have tipical mindset , always come with new random requirements out of nowhere saying oh this is just 10 min work or just take 30 min and finish this quickly. But in reality it takes hours. Then end of day they judge u saying u are not delivarying on timely manner tsks or assignment designed to keep u at office. Micromgt is common here
