      There are no pros working here. Most sales will leave within weeks.

      Cons

      The company is power culture therefore only one person decides not matter what title you own. you oponion does not matter. if you have your own set of brains you are out. You are looked down and oppress and boss mentality is the savior and you are the slave who will always makes mistakes. No ownership just put slavery.

      Good people to work with.

      Cons

      Mislead you on pay as a salesperson. Micro- managed to death. Not paid on sales, margin or growth. Paid against unrealistic forecasted projections. Owned by investment firms and continuously up for sale. Account Executive role has become a telemarketing position.
