      1. Process or Technology is not in place and way behind compare with Industry player by 8 to 10 years 2. Mismatch between amounts of work vs deliverable due to excessive non-productive work (around 70 to 80%). 3. Poor people management

      The people and the culture are great very driven and collaborative with a strong focus on group deliverables ahead of individual objectives

      Cons

      Kellogg is locally focused and does not have strong networks between various regions. The processes are not streamlined which makes certain tasks difficult

      Family friendly for most departments. Flexible hours. Generally friendly atmosphere.

      Cons

      Lack of career growth. High turnover in recent times especially in finance. Seen many old timers and experienced finance people leaving due to lack of career growth or simply just got pushed out of their roles.
