Pros

Friendly office, clear goals and a growing company. There is a lot going on and loads to learn. The overall environment is really positive and supportive. I do like the sushi allowance a lot too.

Great company culture with a supportive and flexible working environment. I’ve had the opportunity to learn a lot and work with talented, collaborative people. Management generally trusts employees and encourages a healthy work life balance which makes day to day work enjoyable. Overall, a positive experience and a good place to build skills and gain experience.

Cons

There are definitely opportunities for growth and exposure to new challenges although career development pathways could be clearer and compensation could be more competitive in some areas.
