      Pros

      Worked with young energetic and fun people. My supervisor was the best and the night team had great people. I loved working with my team

      The company was very poor at paying people We would go for months without pay and if they paid it was literally peanuts!

      There was a strong sense of being in a team because of a flat organization structure. Everyone worked together to make the company great.
