Pros

I joined Kenko AI a couple of years ago as a CSM and today I’m leading a team, which honestly says a lot about how the company operates and trusts its people. One thing I really appreciate is the ownership here. You’re not micromanaged, you’re given independent projects and trusted to figure things out. That trust pushes you to step up and do better work. The pace is definitely fast, but in a good way. There’s always something happening, and if you’re willing to take initiative, you can grow pretty quickly. It never feels stagnant. Also, the team is very open to feedback. It’s not just “we’ll take it into consideration”, you actually see changes being made. That makes you feel like your voice matters. Overall, it’s been a great place to learn, take on responsibility, and grow over time.

Pros

I’ve been working at Kenko for 2+ years now, and across my 15+ years of experience in different fields, I can honestly say I’ve never come across better people. The kind of colleagues you start working with quickly turn into friends, that’s just the culture here. You are truly the sailor of your own ship here. There’s a strong sense of ownership, and it’s incredibly empowering and freeing. People-first culture, supportive, smart, and genuinely fun to work with. A place where you’re trusted to do your best work without unnecessary micromanagement.

Cons

We definitely need an offsite (seriously, long overdue)
