Pros
Upper management (i.e., Community GM) is consistent and he appreciates dedication to the company. The members within the community are excellent supporters for anyone hoping to grow professionally either in their current position or in other industries.
Cons
Expectations of the position are not entirely clear from direct supervision managers, office tactics and organization are nonexistent or sloppy at best. Communication within the department is lacking.
