No rules, so you are free to do anything legal or even illegal

Cons

The illegal things they can do till forcing a staff to resign without any valid reason, workplace bullying, mental abuse, intimidation, induce people to have very low self value and esteem. Don't ever think bout this company. It's like a group of kids playing with sands and sulk big time when things aren't going their way.

Wide product range, suitable for various industries, great opportunities ahead in market.

Cons

Unfortunately, culture and management style were badly managed. Basically if you are a foreigners, you can be promoted yearly without any achievements, if you are Asians, can forget about any rewards or promotions. No strategy and you often heard certain dept restructuring - sometimes restructuring with the purpose of creating a new vacancy for some foreigners. Too political environment.

There are always new things to learn in any company. Minute matters to big situations.

Cons

Arrogance. if you are not an Irish, you won't get any opportunities. Let alone a promotion. No development programs in the company. Very poor communication and interaction system. Every department is in a mess.
