It’s not uncommon for managers to yell at employees, call them stupid, start fights, etc. Prepare to be gaslit if you attempt to bring up any shortcomings or ways to improve No annual cost of living wage increase Equipment breaks a lot - never repaired quickly Unrealistic deadlines given to clients
