management acts like high schoolers - gossip, pretend to be your friend, want you to throw others under the bus, pick favorites, never stay to help close, etc. Low pay and minimum raise $1-2. PTO is so hard to use because management makes you feel guilty taking it and you have to compete for requests since there cant be more than one person out. High turnover staff and they want you to work to the bone without anything in return. Some doctors are just rude and treat you like dirt - they dont even stick up for their staff. I have seen great people leave and not get to finish their 2 weeks because they are petty.
