Low pay for branch personnel. They are a CA company but pay on a national average which obviously doesn't work with Bay Area prices.
Biased pay based on who you know and not what you do. I had 5 years of personal banking experience and had to train someone who had 0 years and was making more money than me. She ultimately quit a few months later.
Senior management thinks they're running a company like Apple or Google and pay themselves as such when in fact, many of them do not know very much and lack education. Right-place, right-time is the story of their success, but they have an ego as if they invented the PC.
