Invaluable learning journey so far at Keyideas

I commenced my employment at Keyideas Infotech in the year 2023, initially joining as a fresher in the UI developer role. Shortly thereafter, I transitioned to a React role, marking a significant technical enhancement to my skill set. The managers exhibited a strong grasp of technology, and the learning curve was commendable. Regular performance reviews were conducted, and tasks were assigned accordingly. Given my positive performance, I had the opportunity to progress up the career ladder. Having successfully completed both the pretraining and training periods, I have now been confirmed in a full-time role. The current project I am engaged in is quite challenging, but I enjoy tackling it and am dedicated to achieving success.
Cons
Meeting the Team Lead's expectations can be demanding at times, but achieving it is indeed satisfying. The ground rules apply uniformly to everyone, with no bias toward any individual.Having a great time at Keyideas with work life balance and focus to achieve the skillsets I intend to learn.
