Pros

- Benefits were good - Brilliant co-workers

Cons

- My position/entire department was terminated and outsourced to India. - No job security - We trained our replacements - Wastes money and resources on useless workshops (culture of accountability) and then terminates those positions - Upper management does not understand the products or what people do on a daily basis - Pay for my position was way below market standards to begin with, but my position was outsourced anyways

Good pay, good leave policy, some good people to work with

Cons

Heavily political office, high turnover, backstabbing, throwing under the bus, blame shifting is the norm
