      Its a job in which you get to do front and back end stuff.

      Cons

      I'm a bit confused by the people who reviewed the company. I only left one review, I guess you did bad things to more than one person, or the person that is messing with me decided to screw with you. I guess it is karma. That's what you get for listening to manipulators.

      Pros

      Honestly there is none. They tend to give work from home but not trust you and expect you to write huge report of what you did when you were working from home.

      Cons

      1) UNORGANISED and unstructured management. Talented people leaving fast due to rude behavior. 2) Have 0 respect for employees

      Pros

      People within your team were great and fun to work with, compensation was competitive at one point, small company doing big things.

      Cons

      Management (constant berating of employees, favourtism with certain employees), 30 minute strictly enforce lunch period, time-tracking (nickel and diming time), pricing structure (based on Professional Services provided instead of subscription or license based; made it stressful for employees to get time tracked because billing to clients was based on hours worked), scrums that felt like a chopping block, constant fear of losing your job because there was not enough work, lost technical vision when there was a division in the company.
