Pros
I had great time working at this architectural firm as they make you do very minute detail and site visits were mandatory part of the job and through which you learn a lot, the principle architects were great and learning experience was quite wholesome and fun
Cons
Did not invest in good computers so architects had to bring in their personal laptop but that was in the past , they must have renewed it now 😀
