Certain supervisors do not care about the crew they are in charge of. Safety guy only cares about the safety of his paycheck. If you are buddies with the big wigs you can do no wrong and can get what ever you want. Start up growing pains. Most of management came from a company ran by people of Latin decent and feel they have a right to preferences against workers with Latin decent
