Reason behind khadim is.. Something is better than nothing.. Salary only 8500 no holiday, 24/7 12 hours work. I heard that even a lowest salary is 12000per individual. According to an Indian law. everything is going expensive but why the pvt sector wouldn't increases their staff salary. tired of working indeed..

1. There is no R&R for the departments apart from sales 2. Most of the senior employees are here for more than 15 years and lacks vision and need of self development 3. Most of the times new ideas will not be encouraged and that is a setback for many people and they are losing their zeal to accept changes 4. Many backdated processes and systems are still being followed, and this will cause the organisation huge issues within few years
