      Flexible work hours; free fruits, coffee and milk to consume; a company with high growth rate in the last years; and it shares the profit in the end of every year with the employees.

      Cons

      Sometimes, it lacks a bit of communication between the developers teams, and it is not a plenty software company, so it has some factory routine too.
