The management doesn't care for quality of product. Even worse, the management doesn't care for the happiness of their employees. In fact, they have utmost disrespect for their employees. Kibo acquired the company I worked for and not only slashed all our benefits to the bone: they even cut our (already below market) pay. This company has no sense of culture and is stingy beyond belief. It's one thing to cut costs, it's another entirely to tell everyone they're overpaid, cut benefits and salaries and then replace real talent with fresh college graduates that can barely code. Not only this, the nepotism is sickening. People with no skills in certain areas get promoted to manager those areas based on how well they know the CEO. It's grossly irresponsible and I have never once regretted leaving this company.

Management has no idea how to be compassionate. They laid off more employees the Thursday before Xmas and told the remaining that at any given time they could replace any senior employee with 2 right out college... Benefits are really bad. Esp. for anyone over 25 with a family. Dont bother with this company, it is not a happy place. If I had to listen to the quote "if you aren't number one, then you are a loser" one more time, I felt like I would throw something.
