Tons of autonomy and room to grow. Full of kind and thoughtful people building a needed product. Good boundaries and balance for a startup.
Cons
Lots of things are still getting figured out and the landscape is constantly shifting, so it can be a bit disorienting. Lack of clear career pathways means you have to advocate for yourself and chart your own path.
