We are always looking at ways to improve our working environment and have our employees feel valued and satisfied. We strive to have co-teachers in all kinder level classes. Given that we are a training centre, the working hours are industry standard and unfortunately cannot be changed. We aim to communicate the working hours and other conditions prior to signing of the employment contract. Lastly, we are constantly reviewing and updating our curriculum. Thanks for your feedback. Here at Kid Castle we’re always looking for ways to improve the experience of our teachers. Last year we began a new training program that not only allows our teachers to develop their teaching skills, but it also allows for our head office to have more interaction with our teaching staff. This has led to changes in our benefits package, which have been put into effect at the beginning of this year. There is plenty of room for growth within Kid Castle with positions such as Training Specialist, Assistant Foreign Teacher Supervisor and Foreign Teacher Supervisor on the academic side of the company as well as office positions in our corporate office.
