      Pros

      There are some really talented folks who want to do the right thing.

      Cons

      This place is a mess. The corporate culture operates based solely on “choose speed.” The folks in leadership roles don’t care about taking care of people or even doing the right things for their people. It’s a toxic environment. Unqualified folks are promoted and anyone who challenges the leadership gets terminated.

      Flexible office environment Compensation was good

      Cons

      Everyone was expendable;You’re not a person, just a performance bot Metrics were more important than people Turnover was very high Onboarding was not structured making acclimation much harder For such a big company systems were inadequate and not efficient No one knows correct process or communicates when something changes Constant follow up with people that won’t do their jobs Carriers CEO is out of touch with his employees. No one wants to work in the office anymore!
