Pros
Consistantly improving their website but you won't know about it until it has been completed. They are always looking for new ideas and will implement ideas quickly. CEO is very approachable.
Cons
It is commission only and although the quotas are low, it is incredibly difficult to sign on without giving free items. They are diluting their brand name and very little training is provided
