Pros

They will get you in with a limousine on the first day, but will not remember you after firing for no reason

Cons

The company is a scam. Its products are scam - they are not made to address any health issues. They can't even bother to market the products transparently, users are put in a condition where they are asked to purchase a product without knowing its content or how its like. Inside the company, no one cares how the products are like, the only goal is to create a minimum viable product and sell as many as possible. They treat employees in a same way. Their slogan is "it's all about people", but the reality "it's all about money". No one cares about people here, the staff is forced to follow their awful money making agenda, dozens get unexpectedly fired without any reasonable explanation. The voice of the staff is non-existent here, because people get silenced and made to follow the internal chaos. The tactics is to hire young, inexperienced professionals, make them their slaves because of having no to little work experience, and then wipe their bottoms with them once they are no longer needed. The voice of the users in non-existent too, because the user is being silenced and their money is being milked out of them without them even noticing it. Health is not promoted within the internal culture, nor within Kilo Health's products. Google Kilo Health's products and read customer reviews to see for yourself. Awful awful awful, stay away from this poop, it's not worth a second of your life. Do not get hooked by attractive images of the company culture and salaries, it's all a marketing hoax.

Shiny on the outside, but looks can be deceiving

Pros

They will woo you during recruitment and make you feel special by showing off the fancy offices and perks that you'd get access to.

Cons

The company's focus is heavily marketing-driven, with an approach that appears to prioritize short-term financial gains over substantial product quality or genuine customer well-being. They dazzle you with impressive offices and a range of perks that suggest a company culture centered around its people. However, over time, this facade dissolves, revealing a different and stark reality. The commitment to customers feels superficial at best, they don't care about the quality of the products nor helping people get healthier. Users are often left with products that do not meet their expectations and face a long and complex battle with getting a refund. Similarly, the treatment of employees could be perceived as transactional, with job security becoming a concern especially during periods of financial uncertainty. Strange then, that the company does not shy away from spending on corporate events, even during layoffs, which is in major contrast to its approach to managing its workforce reduction. In terms of leadership and direction, there is a lack of clear and ethical strategy. For those who prioritize moral integrity and a transparent work environment, take a moment to consider what you would be getting into. The outward appearance of the company may be appealing, but it is important to look beyond the surface to understand its true values and practices. Remember, looks can be deceiving.

Pros

You do get a chance to gain a lot of experience very fast, especially if you're a junior. Some (but definitely not all) of the people are great professionals.

Cons

Working at this company has been one of the most demoralizing experiences in my career. The environment is extremely toxic, and their practices are not just unethical but downright inhumane. 1. Deceptive marketing: their sole focus is on maximizing profit, no matter the cost. They use scammy marketing practices with no regard for customer satisfaction or trust. It's disheartening to see the lengths they'll go to deceive people for a quick buck. If you try to do it differently, they either shut you down or let you go. 2. Low-quality products: There's no genuine interest in building valuable products. The focus is solely on churning out something good enough to sell, with no effort towards quality or innovation. It baffles me how they call themselves "global leaders in digital health" when the health of their customers (and employees) is the least of their concern. 3. Zero empathy: There's a complete absence of human decency and empathy from management or HR. No concern about the well-being of their employees – even when you ask for help or bring up real issues. Some of the experiences I've encountered I'd downright call psychological abuse. It's definitely not "all about the people". 4. Dismissal of real issues: even when you bring up real, foundational issues (with proof), you are dismissed as being emotional and left hanging with no response whatsoever. I'm not naive. Business is business, and everyone is in it to make money at the end of the day. But have some human decency to treat your employees and your customers right, instead of resorting to cheap PR tricks and trying to fill you pocket's at everyone else's expense. I'm happy I ended up in a team that did things very differently from the general company approach. Given what all the reviews are saying, it's not hard to understand why this team is no longer at this company. I also know that after posting this review, there will most likely be an influx of fake positive reviews from current employees to boost the company's reputation. This is just another example of their lack of integrity and complete unwillingness to accept any sort of feedback. I cannot stress enough how damaging this place is to your psychological and emotional well-being, and potentially your career. This company fails at every level: ethics, employee support, product quality, and customer care.
